We are excited you’ve chosen your new home with HighVine. We’ve designed the application process to be as quick and simple as possible. To ensure you have an easy application process, please review our qualification requirements, prepare your documents, and review the associated costs. An application must be completed for each adult (18+) living in the home.

Qualification Requirements
Must be age 55+.
You will need a household gross income of three times the monthly rent. Gross income refers to your total compensation before taxes or other deductions.
A favorable credit history.*
No open bankruptcies in the last 7 years.
No previous evictions or unpaid rent in the last 7 years.
No felony convictions.
* We require credit scores of 600 or better. Applicants below this threshold can be considered with a co-signer or increased security deposit.
Application Document Requests
We will request your valid government-issued photo identification.
We will request your Social Security number.
We will request a copy of your most recent paystub.
Deposit and Move-in Charges
An application fee. *
A security deposit of at least one month’s rent will be required to secure your home.
Pro-rated rent, depending on when your lease starts.
Lease Easy standard service fees.
* $49.95 per applicant will be required to run your application.
